TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
- Maximum engraved area: 55mm x 55mm.
- See Mug-reference.pdf for the engraving positioning.
- Artwork smaller than the maximum engraved area will be centred in that area.
- To position smaller artwork in a particular place: upload a file with the artwork placed in the desired position within a 55mm x 55mm file.
- Please upload high resolution .jpg’s (min 300 dpi) or Vector based PDF’s.

Note that our default is to etch on the side of the mug facing outwards. ie if someone holds the mug in their right hand, they will not see the design. We are happy to do things the other way around, but please state clearly when you place your order.
We can often source other colours. And we can etch in more than one spot (e.g. also on the base). Prices on request.
